• Pastor reference information including your pastor's name, church, and email address
• Messages and communications sent through the Platform
• Voice recordings sent as voice messages

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information including device type, operating system, and browser type
• IP address and approximate location based on IP
• Usage data including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the Platform
• Push notification tokens for delivering alerts to your device
• Log data including access times, app features accessed, and error reports

2.3 Information From Third Parties

• If you sign in using Google, we receive your name and email address from Google in accordance with their privacy policy
• If your pastor completes a reference form, we receive the information they provide about you

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To calculate and display match compatibility scores
• To enable messaging, voice calls, and other communication features between connected users

4.1 With Other Users

Your profile information including your name, age, gender, location, photos, faith background, testimony, and relationship intentions is visible to other approved users of the Platform as part of the matching process. Your contact information such as your email address and phone number is never shared with other users.

4.2 With Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, including cloud hosting providers, push notification delivery services, SMS notification services, email delivery services, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.

4.3 With Your Pastor

If you submit a pastor reference request, we will contact your pastor at the email address you provide and share your name and a description of the Platform. Your pastor's responses are shared with our administrative team for verification purposes only.

4.4 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SacredBond, our users, or others.

4.5 We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not display third-party advertisements on the Platform.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
